How do I book an appointment?+
Open Doctors, pick a specialist, choose video, audio or in-clinic, select a date and time slot and tap Pay & confirm.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Yes. Go to Appointments → Upcoming and tap Reschedule or Cancel. Cancelled bookings are refunded in 3–5 working days.
How does a video consultation work?+
Join from your appointment ticket at the slot time. Make sure camera and microphone permissions are on and your connection is stable.
Where do I find my prescription?+
After your consultation, the prescription appears under Profile → Prescriptions. You can share or download it.
Can I book for my family?+
Add members under Profile → Family members, then choose the patient while booking.
