What we collect

Your mobile number, name, and the health details you choose to add (blood group, height, weight, emergency contact, family members, records you upload, and consultation history).

How we use it

To book and run consultations, show your records and prescriptions to you and your doctors, send appointment and medicine reminders, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

Your information is shared with a practitioner only for consultations you book. We do not sell personal data. Service providers (such as payment and SMS partners) process data on our behalf under contract.

Payments

Card payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Dokta stores only a masked reference (last four digits) and never your full card number or CVV.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access tokens on your device are revocable and you can sign out at any time.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete records, and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to records we must retain by law.
